Recommended for...

The construction OSHA-10 (10 hours) is highly recommended for all construction field personnel.  It serves as the benchmark for introductory jobsite safety and OSHA compliance education.

The OSHA-30 (30 hours) offers a more expansive and in-depth coverage of OSHA and safety/health-related topics.  This program is most often attended by safety directors, competent persons, foremen/supervisory personnel, safety committee members & safety administrators.

Scope & emphasis

Discussion of hazards that account for 90% of jobsite fatalities and 75% of OSHA construction citations and fines.  Basic requirements of OSHA’s top 10 most-frequently cited construction standards.  Emphasis on identification and control of the "Big 4" jobsite hazards (fall, electrical, struck-by & caught in/between).

The OSHA-30 allows more time to expand upon exposures & regulations having the most impact on client’s operation.  Expanded discussion of OSHA’s top 30 most-frequently cited construction standards, inspection protocol, interpretations and cross-over regulations.   Emphasis on roles and duties of the competent person and how s/he can effectively manage jobsite safety.

Each attendee receives...

A manual, certificate and OSHA wallet card.
